I recently posted a link about KV pharmaceuticals raising the price of a drug that keeps women from delivering prematurely from $20 to $1,500. Yesterday the FDA announced they will not pursue legal action against any generic pharmaceutical company who produces their own version of Makena, as a direct result of the price hike.
